The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) introduces or strengthens substantial legal mechanisms in favor of data subjects. Below we mention some of these mechanisms that are relevant to the processing of personal data in relation to the use of digital assets.

“Plug-in” – third-party software integrated into TESY’s digital asset and relevant for tracking consumer behavior and/or enabling the functioning of a specific feature through transmission to a third-party domain.

“Information society services” – any service normally provided for remuneration, at a distance, by electronic means. The recipient of such a service must have expressly requested it. Electronic commerce is also such a service.
